To the Sixth National and International
The petition is in Spanish. Here's a rough translation--I'll post a better one as soon as I see one.
To the Juntas of the Good Government
To Zapatista Bases of Support
To the National Indigenous Congress
To the Indian Towns of Mexico and the World
To the National and International Adherents of of the Sixth Declaration of the Lacandona Forest
To the Public opinion of Mexico and the World
To Honest, Free, and Independent media,
We signatories, we on the bottom of society, adherents to the Sixth International, reaffirm our solidarity with the Indigenous communities of Mexico and their right to free determination. We condemn all type of repression against the indigenous communities as they peacefully contruct their autonomy day to day.
We hold responsible the Mexican government for the provocations and paramilitary and/or military attacks to which the indigenous communities are subject, communities that have chosen to peacefully advance by means of autonomy.
Among others, we identified the recent attacks in Chiapas on the part of the evangelical paramilitary “Wings of Eagle” of the “Army of God” in the community of Mitzitón, and paramilitary PRD members and PRI members in the community of Los Pozos, in the mountains of Chiapas. In Oaxaca the attacks by paramilitary groups on the independent Triqui community of San Juan Copala are continuing.
Today we unite our voices to those of the communities above-mentioned to demand at the three levels of Mexican government, municipal, state, and federal, the total and permanent disarmament of these paramilitary groups as well as their relocation outside the communities mentioned, as a measure to assure the physical and emotional integrity of the independent communities.
Throughout the month of July, we invite everyone to organize and to hold informational forums and protests, as well as other peaceful actions in our respective communities and in front of consulates and Mexican embassies.
For the right to the free determination of the Indigenous Communities of Mexico and against repression, militarization and paramilitarizacion.
Sincerely,
The Undersigned

Yes, to see is to see too much.
Sometimes you wonder me
One really can see too much
